Our 90 m² apartment sits on a gated, secured resort with 13 apartments and an automatic entry gate, with your own terrace, patio and garden. The owners, Mark and Yoka, speak Dutch and English.

Yes, the security deposit is 250,- euro ( 280 dollar) If the tenant consumes more than 20 kWh of electricity per day, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 7 says of check-out.
Electricity usage in limited to a maximum of 20 kWh per day; any consumption above this amount will be charged to you at a rate € 0,40 per kWh ( 0,45 dollar) and deducted from your security deposit.
Yes, the main guest must be at least 18 years old.
Curaçao mostly runs on 110V. Bring a universal travel adapter to be safe.
Yes, there is a dedicated parking spot right next to the apartment and free wifi throughout.
Yes, guests need to fill out Curaçao's ED-card (Embarkation/Disembarkation card) before departure.
