Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 11:30 PM, check-out between 10:30 and 11:00 AM. These times can often be adjusted in consultation, for example to fit your flight times.

Yes, the security deposit is 250,- euro ( 280 dollar) If the tenant consumes more than 20 kWh of electricity per day, the cost will be deducted from the security deposit. The remaining amount will be refunded to your account within 7 says of check-out.
Electricity usage in limited to a maximum of 20 kWh per day; any consumption above this amount will be charged to you at a rate € 0,40 per kWh ( 0,45 dollar) and deducted from your security deposit.
